About the role
- This role will start at Brisbane airport and in approximately 6 months it will be based out of our office in Karawatha.
- Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service through all inbound channels-
- Manage high volume inbound calls and LiveChat enquiriesAll inbound duties are performed on a rotating roster-
- Identify new business opportunities from all inbound channels and refer to the appropriate team for follow up-
- Recognise opportunities to up sell to customers at the first point of contact.-
- Play an active role in the Inside Sales Team.-
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with management, your peers and other departments- About You

- If you are driven, passionate, organised and tenacious this role could be for you As one of our Sales Representatives you will have strong communication and customer service skills with a desire to continuously learn and grow your skill set. Some of the key attributes we look for are:
