Hygiene Manager

**The role**: As the Hygiene Team Manager at Youfoodz, you'll lead our hygiene efforts, ensuring top-notch standards at our production facility. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please note that these hours may vary during busy production periods. Your role involves managing and developing your team, overseeing pre-op results, and executing the hygiene strategy while maintaining high performance and meeting production schedules. You'll lead a team, ensuring effective pre-op management in collaboration with Quality Assurance, and oversee daily wash bay operations. You'll also supervise general GMP practices, including stock checks, chemical management, and personal protective equipment use. Additionally, you'll handle environmental monitoring, waste management, and safety documentation. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make the HelloFresh** **Group** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - Lead and develop a team of supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture. - Oversee pre-op tasks and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. - Manage wash bay operations and coordinate with QA for smooth handovers. - Supervise daily stock checks, chemical management, and cleanliness of utensils. - Work with QA on environmental testing and waste management improvements. - Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Handle team timesheets and drive hygiene compliance. **What you'll bring**: - Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing or related fields are desirable, along with certificates in Food Processing, Commercial Cookery, or Food Safety. - Leadership experience in FMCG or high-volume environments, and familiarity with Food Safety practices, HACCP, and WH&S principles.
