**About the Opportunity**

As an Internal Sales / Administration Support, you will be an essential part of our internal sales team.

This role will provide you with hands-on experience, working closely with our experienced sales professionals to support our valued customers.

You will receive training on products and sales techniques to develop your skills and knowledge.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, located in Seven Hills.

**Your tasks will include**
- Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, processing orders and keeping back orders up to date.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**About You**
- Passion for customer service and building strong relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with an ERP system is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior retail, sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
