
Administrative Assistant

**THE ROLE**
- Reception duties and answering phone lines in a professional and friendly manner;
- Management of specific workorder process (EMS);
- Assist sales team in preparing of quotations and tenders;
- Responsible for general clerical duties;
- Arrange couriers and transport;
- Administer pick slips, delivery dockets for the warehouse and as per invoicing requirements;
- Conduct data entry, quotes and orders;
- Administer stock returns and counts;
- Administer delivery and manufacturing schedules;
- Follow up with the warehouse about orders required to be delivered;
- Ad-hoc housekeeping and administrative tasks;
- Generally, promote the company philosophy of trustworthiness and integrity;
- Actively participate in and contribute to the team, comply with the company’s authorisation schedule, comply with any other reasonable request from management.
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Certificate or similar;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (advantageous);
- Good typing skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Can efficiently manage a multi-phone line switchboard;
- Able to work effectively as a team member whilst taking direction.
**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seven Hills, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
