**The Opportunity**
Exciting opportunity as an **Administrative Assistant** to join our client who is a global leader, operating in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, wanting to join a collaborative and fun team.
Located in **Mulgrave, Victoria**, this is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to grow their skills in a highly successful organisation. This is initially a 3-month contract, with strong views for extension.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will work with our corporate clients, providing administrative support to the Melbourne team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with weekly payroll processing and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Processing monthly accounts payables and invoices.
- Answering inbound customer calls on service related queries, in a professional manner.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years’ experience within a similar Administrative based role.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requires a high level of administrative skill with the ability to learn quickly, good organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in AS400 is highly regarded, but not required.
