Administrative Assistant

Inter Agri Group, a leading international protein trader based in Melbourne Australia, is seeking to add to their diversified team the position of Export Administrator.
You will report to the Commercial Manager. Your duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Main Responsibilities:
- Drafting Purchase & Sales Contracts
- Researching / Compiling / Presenting industry statistics
- Assisting Finance department in collating & filing monthly accounts
- Assisting Finance department in monthly reconciliations
- Assisting Operations department in preparation and processing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other required paperwork
- General Administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to fulfill multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Outlook / Excel and Word
- Experience using 3
