Admin Assistant - Casual - Saturdays

Franklyn Blinds Awnings Security is Brisbane owned and based window furnishings manufacturer. We take pride in the fact that we are a market leader in our industry.

The position will be on a part basis for 1 day a week being 9am to 1pm or 9am to 3pm. Saturday work incurs penalty rates.

The Administration Assistant is responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Taking appointments over the phone.
  • Answering overflow calls.
  • Data entry, filing and stationary organisation.
  • General administrative support as required.

Requirements of Administration Assistant:

  • At least 3 years Administration experience.
  • Exceptional phone manner and customer service is a must.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Presentation is exceptionally important.
  • Must have a happy, friendly and bubbly demeanour.
  • MS Office Word and Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Must have current driver licence.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
  • Possibility of additional ways depending on applicants availability.
