**What you’ll do**:
The Lead Generator/Business Development Representative is pivotal to Academy Xi’s next phase of growth and will primarily focus on accurately capturing and qualifying leads, effectively managing a sales pipeline, and achieving quarterly targets.
- Set meetings for sales team
- Log all activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects

**Who you are**:
An energetic, tenacious individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building with a passion for building new business and hunting new leads. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to be adaptable in a dynamic environment will ensure your success.
- Ability to uncover customer problems and needs and map that to Academy Xi solutions at a high level
- Phone based Solution Selling
- Demonstrated achievement of key sales targets (number of calls, meetings, ops generated per month)
- Keeping sales activity logged in salesforce
- Team player in a high performance sales environment
