About the Role

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-home consultations with pre booked appointments
  • Educating customers on the benefits of solar & battery solutions
  • Customising tailored solar packages to meet customers' needs
  • Closing sales and guiding customers through the onboarding process
  • Building relationships & ensuring a smooth customer experience

All booked appointments are pre-qualified, meaning you'll be meeting customers who are already interested in solar/battery solutions

Who We're Looking For

We want driven and ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a high-energy environment. Experience in solar sales is required

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Confidence in face-to-face sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Own vehicle & driver's license (for in-home consultations)

Earnings & Salary Structure

  • 100% commission-based – No cap on earnings
  • Average consultants earn $150K–$200K+ per year
  • Top performers make $250K+ per year
