**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic plans for territory growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and challenges to help inform product development.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or technical sales environment.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies for generating leads.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information in an understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $47,093.00 - $61,762.00 per year
