The Role
The principal purpose of the role is to assist Technical Support Analyst to ensure PinForce Sentinel product reliability and performance are consistent with the clients' expectations. Critical to the success of this role is building solid relationships with DCA Cities - Operations and Development Team, and a solid understanding of the Sentinel product.
The Essentials
- Monitoring, recording and reporting (regular and ad-hoc) on the performance and health of Sentinel sensors and relay networks at customer sites
- Identifying trend via analyzing system reports and logs for early identification of issues and faults with Sentinel hardware
- Set up and configuration of new sensors and relay hardware for installation at customer site
- Manage removal and replacement of hardware, due to being faulty or upon customer request
- Assistance with hardware deployment and upgrades
- Record and catalog all returned hardware and prepare for disposal
- Sensor data review for performance, development and infringement integrity purposes
- Planning, data collection and analysis for vehicle detection performance
- Respond to the client regarding review outcome within stipulated SLAs
