DCA Cities is offering a rewarding career opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our Support Services team as Technical Support Analyst. Based in South Wharf, this role is to support smart city products in accordance with DCA Cities' client expectations.
The Role
This role provides an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to join a team of technology experts in a growing organisation.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Monitoring, recording and reporting on the performance of smart city associated products.
- Analysing diagnostic data to identify trends, operational performance and data integrity
- Perform updates to sensors in the field via a handheld device
- Organise the setup and calibration of new sensors
- Reviewing and analysing sensor data

**Other requirements**:

- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and analyse complex systems
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- Ability to undertake manual activities and field work
- Liaising with developers, customers and key stakeholders.
