The Role
We are growing Exciting career opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant that is looking for their next challenge in a thrilling and dynamic environment, where you will be provided with comprehensive support to succeed

**The Essentials**:
The key purpose of this role is to ensure the successful management and implementation of DCA Cities solutions, as well as providing pre and post sales product support and user training.

**What we are looking for**:

- Deliver solution-related training to users, online and in-person
- Ability and comfort with managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist sales team with technical discussions during pre-sales activities
- Identify process improvements and provide product and project feedback to Technical Services Manager
- Strong written and communication skills, to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Tertiary degree qualifications preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
