The Role
Exciting growth within our organisation sees the need for a highly motivated Technical Data Operations Lead to join our expanding Data Services B2B operations team. Our Data Services team is fast paced, dynamic and focused on adaptive learning to help solve some of our client's biggest marketing problems. Data Services covers a range of disciplines in Data Science, Data Quality Management and Data Automation. We partner with some of the largest IT brands globally to help them expand their presence in APAC. This role will manage all aspects of our B2B data operation functions including managing our operational teams both local and offshore. In addition to project delivery requirements for our B2B product and services portfolio the role will provide hands-on technical direction and to ensure project deliverables and our clients' expectations are successfully met
Key Responsibilities
As someone who thrives working with data in a truly dynamic environment, you will be responsible for driving the following deliverables:

- Effective management of operational teams to lead, motivate and engage local and remote teams to achieve desired business outcomes
- Ensuring efficient and success delivery of projects in accordance with statements of work including changes in scope, project budgets, timelines and resources to achieve customer satisfaction
- Proactive identification of productivity and efficiency gains through automation deployment
- Effective input into pre-sales support to enhance sales effort for prospective clientele

Key Attributes
- Tertiary qualification in Computer or Data Science or a related discipline and established industry experience of at least 5 years
- Proven operational leadership experience and the ability to work with stakeholders at different organisational levels
- Demonstrated business and technical knowledge in managing data operations and expertise in delivering continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
- Background in managing both local and remote (offshore) operational teams
- Strong programming skills in SQL scripting is required and basic python programming is highly desirable
