DCA is offering an amazing career opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our DCA Cities Sensors Team as Technical Support Analyst.
Based in our Company's Lorimer street office in Docklands, this role is to ensure PinForce Sentinel product reliability and performance are consistent with the clients' expectations. Critical to the success of this role is building solid relationships with DCA Cities - Operations and Development Team, and a solid understanding of the Sentinel product.

Our South Wharf based Contact Centre provides quality customer service and product support to the general public on behalf of several high-profile corporate, government and not-for-profit clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- System monitoring - recording and reporting on the performance and health of Sentinel sensors and relay networks at customer site.
- Hardware installation and maintenance.
- Infringement reviews.
