**Position Information**:
Dulwich Hill Public School has an enrolment of 380 students and serves a culturally and socio-economically diverse community in the inner west of Sydney. **Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach. In addition to the general selection criteria, a highly visible, consultative leader with outstanding communication skills, who has a demonstrated expertise in working strategically with the school executive, staff, students, parents and carers to broaden opportunities and strengthen relationships across the school community. Capacity to lead and maintain a collaborative culture that builds the capability of teachers and leaders maximising collective efficacy, focused on research based, high-quality teaching and learning. An outstanding leader who values and understands student wellbeing and is committed to ensuring every student is known, valued and cared for, engaging all students in their own learning and success. Proven capacity to implement whole school data collection and analysis practices that facilitate data informed differentiation and tracking of student growth.

1. High level educational leadership with the skills to lead and manage a complex public school focused on the delivery of high quality education
2. Ability to lead and manage rigorous and inclusive whole school teaching and learning programs
3. High level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships and engage all levels of the school and educational community
4. Ability to lead and manage the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning
5. Ability to plan systems and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning
6. Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal education policy and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
