Our Victorian vehicle operations facility located at Altona seeking an experienced and customer focused self starter with a positive attitude to join the team as the Transport Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth operation in administration for the facility. The position has various responsibilities some of which are:
- Run daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinating vehicle transport for customers
- Raise relevant Purchase Orders
- Manage relationship with suppliers and customers
- Assist in purchasing and invoicing including the raising, monitoring, receipting and approving of purchase orders in SAP
- Master data upload in SAP
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will have had administration experience as well as outstanding customer service. A solid understanding of Excel is required and previous experience operating in a SAP environment would be highly regarded. Your excellent communication skills and ability to organise your work with limited supervision will ensure your success in the role.
