Due to our awarded project portfolio, we are seeking experienced **Cost Controller and Project Administrator** to join our multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver a diverse range of projects.

Based in Altona, Victoria you will be responsible undertaking variety of administrative and cost control related tasks. Including providing support to our managers for reporting, cost control, onboarding & managing our administrative functions on projects. You will interact with the Project Managers, Site Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors and all Shared Services, to provide support and respond to enquiries from other parts of the business and externally.

**RESPONSBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE**:

- Onboarding
- Develop Cost Codes in Job Pac
- Assist with project cost reporting & forecasting.
- Preparing Labour Hours Report towards end of each invoice periods
- Review & ensure 3rd Party invoices are allocated correctly to Mobil POs
- Maintain Invoice Communications Matrix
- Prepare End of Month Report for review & approval
- Preparing Labour Hours Report for end of month invoice periods
- Updating Mobil PO register

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 5 years office administration / clerical experience
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to respond to a changing work environment
- Experience with cost control procedures
- Experience with the on boarding processes

**DESIRABLE**
- Certificate in office administration
- Experience in construction and/or engineering industries.
- Experience in Document Control
