We have an opportunity for a passionate Assistant Property Manager/Property Administrator to join our high calibre team. You’ll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties. This role requires a high level of administration support, tenant liaison, operation support as well as general office administration duties.**Here's what you will focus on;**
- Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
- Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
- General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

**Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;**
- Previous property administration experience with be highly regarded
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
