**Ray White Thompson Partners** are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a
**Property Management Assistant**.

Previous experience within the real estate industry or in an administrative role is highly advantageous, however we strongly encourage anybody with the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment to apply

**Your duties will include**:
- Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Assistance with preparation of accounts and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
