Here’s a snapshot of your role (with support from our Senior Property Manager).
Coordinating the day-to-day tasks required to manage two significant commercial buildings collaborating with tenants, contractors, the client and JLL personnel.

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Lease administration and monitoring critical dates including lease expiries, bank guarantees and insurances.

Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in MRI.

Monitoring tenant arrears and helping with monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoings reconciliations.

Liaising with our Facilities Manager, contractors, tenants and owners as required.

Supporting our Senior PM/ GM with any other administration, property related tasks when needed.

A Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate is required (or the willingness to obtain one) and your number one focus is providing 6- Star customer service. You genuinely love to help others and are self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.

You’re currently working in a similar role in commercial property management and are now looking to take the next step and expand your capabilities by working on high quality office assets. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial and we’ll expect you to have great time management and organisational skills.
