**Position: Property Inspection Manager**:
Thorburn Property Group is a newly established property company dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services to our commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Inspection Manager to join our team. The Property Inspection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations, identify maintenance needs, and maintain the overall quality of our managed properties.

**Responsibilities**:
Inspection Management:

- Coordinate and conduct regular property inspections, including Routine, Entry and Exit inspections following our established guidelines and standards using our integrated software on a tablet (which the business will provide).
- Ensure all inspections and report are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Identify and document property conditions, maintenance needs, and potential issues, creating detailed reports for property owners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal staff to address maintenance issues identified during inspections and follow up to ensure completed.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the completion and effectiveness of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including internal teams regarding inspection schedules, findings, and required actions.
- Prepare draft inspection reports for the property managers review to include detailed descriptions of property conditions and recommended actions.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
