Key Responsibilities Include:Providing proactive support to a Senior Property Manager within our residential property management teamResponding to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptlyLiaising directly with clients and tenantsto deliver exceptional servicePerforming general administrative duties to keep our team running smoothlyCoordinating property inspections and handling entry and exit reportsAssisting with maintenance requests and supporting team membersOnce you've mastered these areas, the sky's the limit

We're seeking:A self-starter who's motivated, independent, and proactiveA highly organized individual who can stay calm under pressureExcellent communicator with a friendly, professional mannerAttention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with easeSome experience in real estate is a plus, but passion and drive matter most
