An excellent opportunity has now become available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our successful team.

The company is an established family run office of over 40 years with a progressive minded approach to office management. The company is under the direction of brothers Adrian and Peter Kay (42 & 32 years old).

We are looking for either a Property Management Assistant to step up or an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience managing your own portfolio of 180 approx properties. If you are passionate about real estate and committed to your personal and professional development with this dynamic industry - this may be the right fit for you.

**Your tasks will include, but not limited to**:

- Liaison with tenants, owners & third parties.
- Assisting with the growth of the division.
- Routine inspections.
- Arranging maintenance & repairs as required.
- Tenant sign-ups.
- Arrears.
- Attending to VCAT.

**Skills and experience**
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of PropertyMe or adaptable to Real Estate Software.
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Polished presentation
