**The Opportunity**:
ElectraNet is seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Services Assistant to join our team on a permanent full time basis. As a Facilities Services Assistant, you will be responsible for;
- Monitoring and managing the Service Now works queue, ensuring timely assignment of service requests
- Managing the In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS), including driver fobs, Geotab dashboard, and producing IVMS reports
- Coordinating emergency evacuation management, training sessions, fire wardens, and evacuation plans
- Assisting with accommodation requests, staff relocations, floor plan updates, and maintaining accommodation spreadsheets
- Supporting incident investigations, making recommendations, and facilitating corrective actions
- Updating hazards in the Hazard Management Tool and contributing to the monthly Hazard Management Committee
- Onboarding new staff, providing authorized access levels, and maintaining key cabinets
- Maintaining content on the intranet site and knowledge articles for the Facilities Services business unit
- Managing various office equipment, stationery orders, and corporate devices

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have;
- Prior experience in a general administrative or facilities services position
- 3+ years’ experience supporting trades activities (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
