Facilities Coordinator job located in South Australia

**Your new company**
The premier fresh produce wholesale market for the state where over 250,000 tonnes of fresh produce with a wholesale value of over $590M is traded between our wholesalers, growers and retail operators every year.
They offer various value add services through our associated businesses including daily supply and price monitoring, inspection and quality control, banking and credit service facilities, in-store promotion and multi-media advertising, unloading and pallet management.

**Your new role**
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Tenancy Inspections
- Property Maintenance
- Facilities and Maintenance Administration
- Contract Management

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have experience in commercial property management, strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, experience using accounting software packages, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
