**Job Description**:
Do you have a passion for coordinating all things Front of House and thrive on providing exemplary customer service?

We are seeking a Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant to join Sodexo's small corporate team working with our highly regarded professional services company based in Adelaide CBD.

Your reception duties will include greeting internal and external clients, managing visitor records, meeting room bookings and assisting with facilitating catering.

And as the office administrator you will also work with mailroom processes, AV/VC support and maintaining staff areas.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.

Your background may also include experience in a corporate catering or 5 star hotel operation or in a Body corporate admin role. You will have Microsoft office skills, be a professional communicator and have enthusiasm in learning new systems.
