Facilities Manager position available for an immediate start, based in Adelaide CBD

This global organisation offers Facilities and Properties solutions to a vast range of clients, always putting them at the heart of what they do. They are experts in technical Facilities Management and have built their local business based on exceptional delivery of service to its tenants.
**Your new role**
Offered initially as a temporary contract, this role requires an experienced FM that is able to work autonomously on-site in the Adelaide CBD. With a number of re-fits occurring across this building, this role requires the typical day-to-day duties of an experienced FM, coupled with the possible work coordination of contractors entering the building to complete works.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Strong demonstrated experience or exposure to building / facilities management environments.
Demonstrated experience in multitasking various duties.
Managing the induction and inspection of OHS documents by contractors
Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System
Establish and Maintain strong working relations with all stakeholders
Proven ability to work within integrated services
