**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our **Project Coordinator** provides valuable support in managing online, off & on-site components of our business, as well as support the branch through special projects and daily operations.

This is a permanent, full-time: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday role supporting our site in Dandenong South, VIC.

Main responsibilities include:

- Coordinate of all online and onsite auctions
- Oversee the coordination and follow-up post-auction collections & payments
- Provide inputs for asset remarketing strategies to achieve the best commercial outcome
- Catalogue, book in, prepare equipment and sites for Auction supporting the Site Manager, and liaise with Operation and Sales teams
- Liaise with Marketing team and run advertising campaigns for auctions & specific items
- Liaise with Transport contractors to arrange collection of assets on behalf of clients, vendors and collection teams
- Coordinate project/auction related communication and reporting; respond to internal & external enquiries as they arise
- Support negotiation of auction referrals between buyers and vendors
- Support the co-ordination of third party contractors where required
- Generate required Purchase orders and administrate files through Salesforce CRM
- Adhere to WHS and other operational procedures, and recommend changes to ensure continuous improvement

**ABOUT YOU**
- Teams and project co-ordination experience
- General financial acumen with numeracy, analytical and administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to the detail
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - MS Office suite, CRM system
- Sound knowledge of trucks, machinery, cars and plant equipment is highly desirable.
- Current driver’s licence; HC licence desired but not essential

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Project & people coordination: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's licence (preferred)
