Let’s talk about you- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role- Ability to work unsupervised, in teams and autonomously.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.- A willingness to learn and desire to progress in Project Management.- A proficiency with Microsoft Office.- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project principles and reporting frameworks.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.- Experience in producing and maintaining project/program plans and presenting management information in formats to suit a range of different audiences.- Performs effectively in an environment of change and high pressure;- Passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through to completion;- Aptitude for clear communication, consultation and consideration of others;

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that the project and its team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.- Assisting the Project Manager with the management and reporting of backlog for all project related business streams.- Assisting with monitoring of project progress, production of project updates and dashboards for the Project Board & SLT.- Assisting the Project Manager with scheduling of stakeholder meetings and facilitating awesome communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the life of the project life.- Assist the Project Manager with the management of project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement.- In support of contract, assist the Project Managers with day-to-day execution and reporting of financial management, including budgets and allocated resources. Escalate financial risks and issues as appropriate.- Managing, updating, and reporting on the project’s procurement activities whilst providing senior management with oversight of the contracts in the program.- Supporting the development of the Projects Business case, including coordinating inputs, monitoring progress, ensuring consistency across the business case, planning and executing assurance and managing change logs.- Working flexibly to support the PMO, including contributing to tasks outside your immediate responsibilities as required to support other projects our key deliverables.- Developing and maintaining relationships at all levels across the organisation to aide planning and prioritisation and standard of project delivery.- Working with a Transition Manager to ensure hand over to support is consistent and timely.- Coaching business streams in analysis and project management framework and techniques. Ensure these frameworks are implemented and administered. Any other work as required.
