Junior Project Manager – Shop Fitouts & Refurbishments

We're a family-run business specialising in shop fitouts and refurbishments, and we're growing We're on the lookout for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team and help manage multiple projects across Melbourne.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the director, managing 3–5 sites at a time(From $10,000-$300,000), ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard. The role involves:

  • Coordinating and scheduling trades

  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering materials

  • Ensuring job sites are progressing on time and within scope

  • Reporting back on site updates and progress

We're looking for someone hands-on who is also comfortable jumping on the tools when things are quiet or there's downtime between management tasks.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who's organised, driven, and ready to grow in the construction and fitout industry.
