**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Assist with the production of project updates and dashboards for the Project Board and Senior Leadership Team
- Ensuring that team backlogs are groomed, refined and ready for sprints
- Manage, update and report on the project’s procurement activities, providing senior management with oversight of the contracts in the programme.
- Support the development of the Projects Business case, including coordinating inputs, monitoring progress, ensuring consistency across the business case, planning and executing assurance and managing change logs.
- Work flexibly to support the PMO, including contributing to tasks outside your immediate responsibilities where needed.
- Work with transition manager to ensure hand over to support is consistent and timely
**Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in a Scrum environment
- Knowledge of Agile principles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
- Presenting management information in formats to suit a range of different audiences.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to analyse project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
- Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies.
