Due to our continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Procurement Coordinator in an exceptionally fast paced and creative E-Business team. You will be providing support to internal and external stakeholder and providing solutions to our sales team and customers as we continue to drive online sales via a multichannel sales strategy.

**Reporting to Head of E-Business, your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Supporting the conception of E-Procurement and EDI solutions and act as an interface between customers, key account managers and internal stakeholders.
- Project management of customer E-Business solutions as well as the maintenance and provision of electronic catalogues for our customers
- Providing service and support of existing solutions for our customers, our sales team and colleagues in the internal sales department
- Creation and maintenance of OCI interfaces as well as EDI connections
- Supporting our customers in digitalizing & optimizing their procurement process
- Assisting with the creation of structured electronic catalogues (BMEcat, pricat,.xml, DATANORM, etc.)
- Assisting with the development work with cXML, HTML, EDI-FACT

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess**:

- An understanding of HTML/cXML coding etc.
- Knowledge of IT procurement practices or/and qualification in computer science / IT degree etc.
- A good grasp/experience with complex procurement processes
- Prior experience from successful electronic procurement projects (E-Procurement)
- Ability to work independently and able to priorities you work in a fast paced environment
- Well versed with MS Office Suite, SAP would be advantageous
