As the Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

- Maintain current project plans and risk registers
- Filing and documentation management
- Develop and maintain contract, compliance and asset registers
- Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation
- Assist with the preparation of Request for Tender (RFT) documentation
- Support the Projects & Asset Delivery Manager to coordinate project works with the Operations team
- Support implementation of Chisholm’s Campus Masterplan
- Commit to pursuing cost-effective outcomes and efficiency across all projects.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Contract Administration or a similar construction-related discipline, or demonstrated practical experience in this area.

Crucial to your success will be your highly developed contract administration skills, as well as interpersonal and customer relation skills.

You are a highly motivated person with excellent time management and communication skills, planned and analytical approach to workflow management.
