Tea Tonic is Australia’s healthiest tea range, created by qualified naturopath and herbalist Lisa Hilbert. We’re passionate about creating organic, functional teas that promote wellness and vitality. Proudly made on-site at our Melbourne factory, our products cater to both the food service and retail industries. As our business continues to grow domestically and internationally, we are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Customer Relations and Sales Manager** to join our close-knit team.
**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Customer Relations and Sales Manager to focus on nurturing strong client relationships, while also driving domestic sales growth and supporting our expansion into export markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, where the demands of local and international markets require adaptability and enthusiasm for working in all areas of small business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales in both domestic and international markets.
- Seek out new business opportunities, particularly in export markets, to support the global expansion of Tea Tonic.
- Collaborate with our admin team, production manager, and CEO to ensure efficient operations
- Travel interstate and internationally to trade shows, and represent Tea Tonic at key events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and wellness benefits of our organic tea range.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client issues with care and professionalism, while ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.
**About you**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer relations role, preferably within the FMCG or wellness industries.
- Experience in export sales is a bonus but not essential.
- A passion for customer care and relationship management in a small business environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Love of tea and promoting wellness

Pay: $50,279.27 - $130,000.00 per year
