Hotel Pension Grimus is one of Mt Buller's most famous venues, featuring traditional European alpine ambience, with wood carvings and artefacts depicting Mt Buller’s and the hotel’s history. Family-owned and operated since 1973 you could join our team and be immersed in the unique experience of this iconic hotel.
**HOTEL FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION/RESERVATIONS**
If you have good time management and are looking for Hotel Front Office variety or want to expand your hotel skills this could be the role for you.
- As the first point of contact at the hotel, you will have excellent grooming, outstanding customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Experience with computer reservations systems, accommodation inquiries, OTA's & wholesaler's is a preferred.
- Applicants must be very organised in this busy role, be able to multi-task, have a "can do" positive attitude and able to keep calm and composed under all situations.
- This is a vital role. You will be required to liaise with other departments and directly with the management team.
- Employment commencement early-mid May. Working hours until 8 June 35 hours over a 5 day week and from 9 June 42-45 hours over a 6 day week.
Applicants must be available for the entire winter ski season. Above Award wages, including shift penalties, overtime & superannuation apply. On mountain, in house share staff accommodation with all meals available.
