**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- FOH role: Greet guests, manage reservations, explain menu, and handle complaints
- Take orders, serve food/drinks, clear tables
- Relay orders to kitchen/bar, ensure timely service.
- Maintain clean dining areas, tables, and restrooms.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Collaborate with colleagues during busy times.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
