The hotel is located in the heart of the ski village, only a short 50 metres ski to the chairlifts and 100 metres to the ski school. The hotel offers a complete and luxurious experience with comprehensive guest facilities including a licensed restaurant, intimate cocktail bar, guest lounge, free internet access, sauna, spa, plunge pool, ski locker room, drying room, guest laundry, accessory boutique, equipment/clothing hire and service centre.**

**About the role**

Hotel Pension Grimus is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Office Reservations/Reception for the winter ski season. Located at beautiful Mount Buller in Victoria, this role requires providing exceptional guest service and managing all front office operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Assisting guests with any queries or requests during their stay
- Maintaining accurate records and guest information in the property management system
- Providing concierge services such as local recommendations and activity bookings
- Promoting hotel amenities and services to guests
- Ensuring the front office area is well-presented and organized at all times

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a hotel front office role.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using property management software and other hotel technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Foreign nationals must hold a valid Australian Working Holiday Visa subclass 417 or 462
