**Join Arlberg House in our Front Office team. Assisting guests with reservations, check-in and check-out, and mountain information.**
- On-mountain accommodation available
- Meal provided when working a shift of 5+ hours
- Full-Time hours, Award rates - accruing holiday and sick pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest information, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
- Reservations: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Customer Inquiries: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and other relevant data.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel policies and procedures.
This role is fast-paced, especially during peak ski season. It requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The job involves standing for long periods and may involve physical activity and movement across multiple floors. A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are key to success.
