**About the role**:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the 3P Transition Service Delivery Transition Team who is responsible in managing their critical data and systems transition from SAP to PACE. This team ensures that data integrity is maintained during transition as well as managing cutover plans across Service Delivery. As well as;
- Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects
- Managing, collating, interpreting, and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning
- Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions

**About you**:

- Previous data entry experience
- Good experience in using variety of systems / digital platforms
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- An analytical mindset, capable of providing informed advice and undertaking research and analysis activities
- Ability to resolve moderately complex enquiries with poise and professionalism
- Passion for building relationships and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals

**Benefits**:

- $43.82 per hour + super
