**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join us on a part-time basis (Tuesday to Friday, 24 to 30 hours per week). As an Administration Superstar, you will handle a variety of tasks including general administration, online order processing, and some basic software-related support as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence, and documentation.
- Manage invoicing, packaging, and dispatch of online orders with attention to detail.
- Utilize computer skills for order processing and basic software tasks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including answering basic questions about our software (training will be provided).
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn and answer basic software-related inquiries with training.
