A well established and growing accounting firm in Coomera is looking for a talented office administrator and bookkeeper to join our team.
About us
We focus on Accounting Services including tax, bookkeeping, office management, payroll for our clients.
We are a close-knit team that works well together and looking for another superstar to join our team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Your duties will include:
- General bookkeeping such as uploading bank statements and processing transactions in QBO, Xero, MYOB and Reckon and reconciling etc.
- In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following;
- Background in tax, BAS and general accounting knowledge.
- High level of presentation and communication skills
- Driven, eager, enthusiastic - great work ethic
- Excellent people skills, adaptable and reliable
Office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coomera, QLD 4209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
