Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to clients and the accounting team
- Assist with managing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and the team
- Prepare and organize documentation for clients and internal purposes
- Handle general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed
- Support with additional tasks related to the bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be an advantage, but not essential
- A strong interest in learning about accounting and bookkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive and friendly attitude towards clients and team members
