This international defence company are leaders in the market for developing solutions to protect Australia's national security. A new opportunity has been created for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Your new role as Administration Assistant is an integral position to ensure smooth functionality in day-to-day operations. As Administration Assistant you will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
- Coordinate & booking of meeting rooms
- Assist with the organisation of functions and conferences
- Support with the administration for staff inductions and checklists
- Maintain the keep the front office presentable
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Previous experience in an Administration and Customer Service environment
- Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
Please note Australian Citizenship is essential for this position as you will be required to have or obtain a Baseline security clearance.
