**Your Role**

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Providing administrative support to GB's Worker's Compensation Claims Management teams
- Supporting your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing standard letters, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents
- Driving your career by developing your legislative, technical and injury management knowledge through on the job learning and by attending internal/external courses as required
- Booking appointments and referrals with service providers
- Upload all relevant data and information into GB and Return to Work SA systems in a timely manner
- Provide high quality customer service to all stakeholders

**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Previous administration experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High level of data entry and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team
