**The Role**:
- Workload management of insurance home and contents claims.
- Liaising with Operations teams to ensure Assessment Reports are accurate.
- Writing reports on works performed and lodging with Clients and Insurers in the appropriate portals.
- Liaising directly with external Claims Administrators and Contents Assessors to discuss works performed.
This role will involve working a 38-hour week on a rotating roster from 8.30am to 4.30pm one week and 9.00am-5.00pm the other, Monday to Friday. - **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Work varying programs and portals at any one time
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Prior experience in an office-based role
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- High level of initiative and ability to take personal responsibility and drive activities to agreed outcomes.
- Insurance, building or restoration experience would be highly regarded but not required.
