Your new company is a State Government Department seeking an administrative assistant for a 3-month contract, with an immediate start
**Your new role**
Your new role as Administration Assistant will assist with the following tasks:
- Filing documents in Objective
- Attending meetings, preparing minutes and agendas
- Managing the opening of new tenders and document management
- Monitor team mailbox
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience working in Government
- Good organisations skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- MS Office Skills
