Hudson Specialist Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a proactive, client focussed Administrative Assistant to assist the Adelaide office on a **permanent full-time basis**.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- File matter management
- Reception cover
- Liaising with clients
- E-Court documents
- Formatting documents
- Conducting conflict searches
- Managing and responding to general correspondence
- General administrative duties as per required
- Assisting with month-end billing
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Corporate presentation
- Pleasant demeanour
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
