**Your new company**

Your new company is an accounting firm based in the North Eastern suburbs seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team immediately for 12 months.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Administration Assistant will be responsible for duties not limited to:

- Reception, meet and greet of clients attending the office
- Debtors receipts
- Creditor payments
- Trust account refunds
- Administration for super funds
- Collating files and client letters
- Invoicing
- Review of ATO queries and follow-up client queries with the ATO
- Banking and purchasing of supplies

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will need administration experience in a previous role as well as:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 9 - 5, 5 days a week
- Previous experience in an accounting firm is not required but will be highly regarded.

**What you'll get in return**

In return, you will receive a 12-month contract, $60k + super salary within a great team environment
