**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport Coordinator to join our Resources & Industrials division at Port Adelaide. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising transportation activities within the oil & gas industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure the timely and cost-effective transportation of materials and equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Hours of work: 7.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will:

- Book, monitor and track transportation activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in transportation operations
- Communicate with drivers, operators, and other stakeholders to provide necessary instructions and resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation activities, including vehicle logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with yard crew and material controller to assess trailer requirements for linehaul services
- Ensure all inward/outward freight movements recorded accurately in WMS/TMS on same day as physical movement took place

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a Transport Scheduler or in a similar role
- Geographical understanding of SA region
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities effectively
- Resilient, dynamic, flexible and adaptable
- FL ticket highly advantageous (not mandatory)
